Rules, Rights & Responsibilities

35bd operates an online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://35bd.bar, targeting adult players in the Bangladesh market. These Terms apply to all use of the 35bd platform, regardless of how you access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means — and regardless of which features you use.

By registering an account with 35bd, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing the platform in any capacity, you enter into a binding agreement with 35bd and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your acceptance is effective from the moment you complete the registration process or begin using the platform, whichever occurs first.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 35bd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 35bd. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

35bd reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

To be eligible to register and use the 35bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are aged 21 years or older. 35bd operates a strict 21+ age policy without exception. Gambling by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited on the 35bd platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the 35bd platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You may not open or operate a 35bd account as an agent, nominee, or representative of another person.
• You are not a current or former employee of 35bd or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, unless 35bd has provided explicit written consent to your participation.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 35bd platform or any other gambling platform in a manner that would render your use of 35bd prohibited.
• You are not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or otherwise subject to enhanced due diligence requirements under applicable anti-money laundering regulations, unless 35bd has completed the required verification procedures in respect of your account.

35bd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time during the lifecycle of an account. Where 35bd has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility criteria are not satisfied, 35bd may suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold or return any balance in accordance with applicable law.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account with 35bd at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance or pending withdrawals in those accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update this information if it changes after registration.

35bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document issued within the previous three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).
• Additional documentation as reasonably requested by the 35bd compliance team.

35bd will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed the required KYC verification. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the verification process constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 35bd login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. 35bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 35bd immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

All financial transactions on the 35bd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 35bd supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking), Upay, and bank transfers via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banking institutions as listed in the payments section of the platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit subject to your account verification status and applicable responsible gaming limits. bKash and Nagad deposits typically credit to your 35bd account within one to two minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of the sending institution. 35bd does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges independently of 35bd.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your 35bd account. 35bd will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification. 35bd processes withdrawal requests with minimal delay following verification of the request. However, final credit to your payment account is subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

Anti-Money Laundering: 35bd is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. 35bd reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for any deposit or series of deposits, and to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect financial crime. Funds deposited on 35bd must be used for genuine gambling activity and not merely cycled through the platform to convert between payment methods.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. 35bd reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after the twelve-month inactivity period, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will receive email notification before any dormancy fee is applied.

35bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and IPL. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game contributions, maximum bet restrictions while bonus funds are active, and expiry periods.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per game round or sports wager is ৳500 or 10% of the active bonus amount, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts will result in all accounts involved being suspended.
• 35bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or temporarily suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of technical error, suspected abuse, or circumstances beyond 35bd's reasonable control.

35bd takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting across platforms, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, use of automated software, and collusion between players to extract bonus value will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending withdrawals.

35bd offers a library of more than 500 casino games and sports betting markets sourced from certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each individual game title are available within the game interface. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules.

All game outcomes on the 35bd platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are subject to independent third-party auditing. 35bd does not manipulate game outcomes. The results generated by the RNG are final and binding.

• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, 35bd will apply the settlement rules stated in the relevant market rules, which typically result in bets being voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been determined.
• Obvious pricing errors in sports betting odds will result in bets being voided. 35bd reserves the right to correct pricing errors and will notify affected players.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure during a game round or bet settlement process, 35bd will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state using server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round or bet may be voided and stakes returned. 35bd's decision in respect of technical malfunction outcomes is final. 35bd is not liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from a technical malfunction beyond the original stake.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using false identity information.
• Identity fraud: Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or verification, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment methods without their explicit consent.
• Money laundering: Using the 35bd platform to launder funds derived from illegal activity, or depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling activity for the purpose of converting between payment methods.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic exploitation of bonus terms, including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim the same bonus multiple times, arbitrage betting, and use of automated scripts to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve a guaranteed or artificially influenced game outcome, particularly in live dealer table games.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the 35bd platform in place of genuine human play.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider in respect of a deposit that was used for genuine gambling activity on the 35bd platform.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 35bd staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 35bd platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any part of the 35bd platform content without express written authorisation from 35bd.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform software.
• Use the 35bd name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose or in any way that implies affiliation with or endorsement by 35bd without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 35bd platform on any other website or application.

Any intellectual property rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 35bd and its licensors. Unauthorised use of 35bd's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 35bd's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 35bd account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

35bd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, arising from your use of or inability to use the 35bd platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from technical malfunctions, server outages, connectivity interruptions, or third-party payment processing failures beyond 35bd's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or from unauthorised access to your account where you contributed to that unauthorised access.
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information provided on the platform that is not directly related to the operation of a specific game or bet.

The 35bd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 35bd makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service interruptions are outside 35bd's absolute control and do not give rise to liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 35bd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

35bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 35bd will notify registered account holders via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will indicate the updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the 35bd platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account and the withdrawal of any remaining balance by contacting the 35bd support team.

35bd may also make minor editorial or formatting changes to these Terms from time to time that do not materially affect your rights or obligations. Such changes will not require individual notification and will take effect upon publication.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 35bd operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair play certified game providers. 35bd does not claim regulatory approval from any specific Bangladeshi government body and does not fabricate licensing information.

In the event of a dispute between you and 35bd regarding any aspect of your account, a game outcome, a payment transaction, or the application of these Terms, you should contact the 35bd support team in the first instance. 35bd will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the standard support process, 35bd may escalate the matter to a senior review process. You agree to engage in this escalation process in good faith before pursuing any other course of action. You agree that any claim or dispute arising from your use of the 35bd platform is personal to you and may not be joined with the claim of any other person, nor may it be litigated as a class action. The existence of any dispute does not entitle you to withhold any amount owed to 35bd under a separate, undisputed obligation.
